After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. From the confirmation email you can check on your order status. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please use this tracking number to access the progress of your package.
For returns, damages, and wrong item sent please email us at the address below.
If there is a mistake on your order, which is our fault, we will send a return label and pay for the reshipment of the correct order. For damages please include photos and a brief description of the damage.
For exchanges and other returns including cancelations you will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the item(s) you decide to send back.
If you choose Media Mail to ship your order it does include tracking but does not include insurance.
